The desire to continue the traditions taught to us by our ancestors, committing ourselves to making what was a difficulty a particularity, led us to the choice of re-cultivating products of excellence, such as the Fagiolina del Trasimeno, almost extinct due to the enormous difficulty of production and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Dolce Agogia variety, fruit of the centuries-old olive trees that frame the landscape of Lake Trasimeno.

Today, having found the satisfaction of those who have rediscovered these flavors, we are also available in the company to illustrate the production techniques with guided tastings for guests who come to our territory to rediscover the tastes, traditions, environment and culture of the local peasant civilization.
